A commitment for life includes providing them comfort, love, mental stimulation, exercise, good quality food, fresh water, vet care as needed and a safe environment. Cats should be indoor pet companions, there are a lot of dangers outdoors. Outdoor cats live on average 3-4 years. If you decide a cat is right for your family, remember to be responsible and get your cat spayed/neutered. Definitely do not let a cat that is not spayed/neutered outdoors.
