PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RETURN POLICIES ARE ONLY VALID FOR ONLINE ORDERS - NOT PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE.
SAFARI offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will issue a credit note for your purchase, if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).
PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED TO THE STORE TO CONDUCT AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AT boutique@safaripetcenter.com - AND WE WILL ARRANGE SOMETHING. THE STORES DO NOT HAVE ACCESS OR AUTHORITY TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS UNLESS TOLD BY THE ONLINE STORE STAFF.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15 DAYS: All items that are eligible for return must be returned/postmarked for return within 15 days of receiving the item. Please notify us at boutique@safaripetcenter.com to initiate the return.
GOOD AND UNUSED CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unused before they can be accepted for returns.
AQUARIUMS, GLASS ITEMS, BIRD & SMALL ANIMAL CAGES: Please open and report to Safari if your item is damaged within 24 hours of receiving the item from our delivery couriers. Failure to do so will result in the inability to return/exchange the item. If the item was damaged in transit, we can certainly help you exchange the item for a new one. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Due to the hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on grooming products, dog or cat carriers/purses, dog or cat beds, litter boxes or litter scoops.
- Boots can be exchanged, if they have not been worn outdoors, and were simply tried on by the dog to check the fit.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE
You may return your purchase by one of the two following options, but in either case, please contact us first at boutique@safaripetcenter.com to initiate a return.
Returns by mail
All returns should be sent to:

For security reasons, please return the merchandise in the shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders. Refunds will be processed online once we receive the item and verify that it is unused and original condition.
Returns in-store
Please email us at boutique@safaripetcenter.com first, letting us know which store you would like to return the item to, and do not proceed to the store before we instruct you to do so. The store will be notified of your return. Please bring the item in unused and original condition. Refunds will be processed via our online system, and not given in-store.
