This is due to increased fluid to being removed from the colon, leading to dry stool. X-SMALL Adult is formulated with highly digestible proteins and an optimal fibre balance (including psyllium) which help to regulate and ease intestinal transit. Low Indigestible Proteins (LIPs) help to limit the indigestible protein reaching the colon which becomes fermented by the bacteria and this helps to improve stool quality and odour.
